Hey everybody! I want to talk about a little thing called a just married cooler.
Not sure if I invented this, but I'm going to go ahead and claim it until I stand corrected. I love the idea of having a slightly obnoxious way of announcing your hot off the market marital status, but unfortunately I'm not into cars. I went digging on pinterest during wedding planning and saw some cute ideas using bikes, but it just didn't speak to me. Naturally, I began thinking of all my favorite things on wheels that you can decorate and I landed on the idea of a cooler on wheels. Practical, trashy, and oh so Las Vegas. Once I landed on the idea, I made the wise bridal decision to delegate the assembly to the most reliable crafter in my family. As you can see, she delivered. Big time.
The day of the wedding we lugged a gradually lightening just married cooler all over down town Las Vegas. It was one of my favorite small details of the day. It came in extra handy when we rolled up to the chapel and realized that there had been a mix up on timing and we had an extra 40 minutes to kill before Elvis could squeeze us in. We all hung out on the side of the chapel and killed our nerves with some drinks and laughs. It made a potentially stressful scheduling snafu into the most lovely pre gaming I've ever participated in.
